Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays will be processed on the next applicable business day.
An order confirmation and, where applicable, tracking information will be sent via email once the order has been processed and dispatched.

Orders are shipped only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Standard and expedited shipping options may be offered at checkout, subject to availability and destination.
Orders may be shipped via recognized carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other comparable courier services selected by Peptide FIX.

Products are packaged securely to help protect integrity during transit.
Where temperature-conscious handling is required, appropriate packaging materials or methods may be used in accordance with standard shipping practices.
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, Peptide FIX is not responsible for any degradation or damage resulting from improper storage, handling, or use by the recipient.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
Peptide FIX is not responsible for delivery delays, transit issues, or service interruptions caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond its control.
In cases of lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery, resolution may be subject to the carrier’s policies and investigation procedures.

At Peptide FIX’s discretion, certain orders, including those with higher total values, may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
If signature confirmation is required, this requirement will be communicated in the order confirmation or prior to shipment.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes where prohibited by the selected carrier or applicable regulations.
International shipping is not available; orders are restricted to eligible U.S. destinations only.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 21 years of age and authorized to purchase laboratory research materials.
