Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products.
A return request must be submitted within 7 days of the date of delivery.
All products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in resalable condition.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.
Products that have been stored, handled, or used in a manner inconsistent with standard laboratory storage conditions or the instructions provided by Peptide FIX.
Clearance, discounted, promotional, or special-order items.

Any damage, discrepancy, or incorrect item received must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims must include clear photographic evidence of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the product label.

Refunds are considered only after the returned products have been received and inspected by Peptide FIX quality personnel.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Customers are required to contact Peptide FIX support to attempt to resolve any billing or order-related issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks, as determined by Peptide FIX in good faith, may result in suspension or restriction of the customer’s access to future purchases.

All products supplied by Peptide FIX are intended solely for in-vitro and laboratory research use by qualified professionals.
Products are not tested or approved for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, household, or any form of human or animal consumption or application.
Peptide FIX makes no representations or warranties regarding experimental results or research outcomes. The responsibility for appropriate use, validation, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies rests with the purchasing laboratory or researcher.
